Fine Schedule

The 2019 Board of Directors is working on a fine schedule to help enforce the covenants. This project is discussed at our Board Meetings. The purpose is not to punish but to provide motivation to follow the covenants and provide better home values for our community.

Sidewalk Repairs

The HOA is working to repair portions of sidewalks around the neighborhood in the Spring

Pond Maintenance

The HOA is continuously working on providing maintenance to the ponds. We are working with a new company this year in hopes for better results.

Dues are collected on an annual basis due by March 31st. Currently dues are $135 a year.
